In a recent 2016 survey by professional pilots (PRASE survey; conducted by Professional Pilot Magazine) Million Air Dallas ranked #5 FBO in the nation. The Million Air chain has been ranked as the #1 large FBO chain in the nation for the fifth straight year.
Million Air Dallas also ranked #6 in the nation in the annual Pilots’ Choice Awards held by FltPlan.com, outranking more FBOs than last year.
Aviation International News (AIN) 2016 FBO Report has ranked Million Air Dallas in the Top 20% of FBOs in the Western Hemisphere over the past four years. Additionally, Melissa Thompson, Million Air Dallas’ Customer Service Manager, was highlighted as one of the top 21 managers who were repeatedly recognized for outstanding service in this year’s survey response.
