A Safety Management System (SMS) is a structured approach to managing safety, designed to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks within an organization. Its primary goal is to prevent accidents and incidents by fostering a culture of prevention and accountability.
By participating in the FAA SMS Voluntary Program, organizations can achieve improved safety performance and adopt a more proactive approach to managing safety. This prestigious program is voluntary, and fewer than 5% of all operators are classified as “Active Conformant.” Being “Active Conformant” signifies full FAA recognition of an SMS.

Quality Assurance System
While our Quality Assurance staff operate independently from the maintenance team, they remain an integral part of the maintenance department and report directly to the Vice President of Technical Service. This system plays a critical role in verifying that all maintenance and servicing on our aircraft meet strict standard airworthiness procedures and comply fully with FAA regulations. Beyond verification, our Quality Assurance System is designed for continuous surveillance of our maintenance and support operations. Achieving ARGUS Platinum Elite
The ARGUS Platinum rating is the highest distinction within the respected ARGUS rating system, awarded only to experienced operators who successfully pass a rigorous operational safety audit. This comprehensive audit evaluates a company's adherence to a well-designed safety management system, industry best practices, and strict regulatory compliance. Since 2006, MAnext has proudly maintained the esteemed ARGUS Platinum rating, demonstrating our enduring commitment to safety and excellence.
Introduced in 2021, ARGUS Platinum Elite set a new benchmark in private aviation. IS-BAO Stage 3 Certification
The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO), developed by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), establishes a set of best practices to enhance safety and efficiency in business aviation operations. Achieving IS-BAO Stage 3, the highest certification level within the IS-BAO program, signifies full compliance with all standards and best practices. It also demonstrates the successful implementation of an effective Safety Management System (SMS) to proactively manage risks.
