Meet the Experts: Trish Hollinrake, Director of Client Experience at MAnext

Today, we’re excited to introduce Trish Hollinrake, Director of Client Experience, whose career journey and client-first mindset reflect the heart of our operation.

What is your role at MAnext, and what does a typical day look like for you?

As the Director of Client Experience, every day starts with reviewing the flight schedule to know who’s flying and when. I make it a point to personally greet our clients and ensure their needs are met from the moment they arrive. Behind the scenes, I stay in close communication with our operations and maintenance teams to track the status of each aircraft and relay important updates to our owners. It’s a balance of high-touch service and operational coordination.

How did you get started in the aviation industry?

I began my career with a commercial airline, where I spent 34 years in various operational and customer service leadership roles. It laid a strong foundation and gave me a deep appreciation for how every part of the business contributes to the client experience.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Without a doubt, it’s the people. I love interacting with our owners and their guests—getting to know them personally, hearing their stories, and making sure their experience with us is truly memorable.

What’s one way you go above and beyond for clients?

I believe the little details matter. One of my favorite things is recognizing and celebrating special occasions. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or another milestone, surprising a client in a thoughtful way shows them we care—and that their experience with us is more than transactional.

What’s one misconception people have about private aviation?

Many new aircraft owners are surprised by how complex ownership really is. There’s so much involved including maintenance schedules, crew management, flight planning, compliance, accounting, and it can be overwhelming. That’s why our role is so valuable: we take the stress off their shoulders and make the experience seamless.

If you could charter a jet anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?

That’s a tough one! I’m an avid international traveler, so it’s hard to choose just one destination. I have favorite places I love to return to, but I’m always excited by the opportunity to discover a new country and immerse myself in the culture.
