In our Meet the Expert series, we’re spotlighting team members who go above and beyond to make every client interaction exceptional. Today, we’re excited to introduce Trish Hollinrake, Director of Client Experience, whose career journey and client-first mindset reflect the heart of our operation.

As the Director of Client Experience, every day starts with reviewing the flight schedule to know who’s flying and when. I make it a point to personally greet our clients and ensure their needs are met from the moment they arrive. Behind the scenes, I stay in close communication with our operations and maintenance teams to track the status of each aircraft and relay important updates to our owners. It’s a balance of high-touch service and operational coordination.
I began my career with a commercial airline, where I spent 34 years in various operational and customer service leadership roles. It laid a strong foundation and gave me a deep appreciation for how every part of the business contributes to the client experience.
Without a doubt, it’s the people. I love interacting with our owners and their guests—getting to know them personally, hearing their stories, and making sure their experience with us is truly memorable.

I believe the little details matter. One of my favorite things is recognizing and celebrating special occasions. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or another milestone, surprising a client in a thoughtful way shows them we care—and that their experience with us is more than transactional.
Many new aircraft owners are surprised by how complex ownership really is. There’s so much involved including maintenance schedules, crew management, flight planning, compliance, accounting, and it can be overwhelming. That’s why our role is so valuable: we take the stress off their shoulders and make the experience seamless.
That’s a tough one! I’m an avid international traveler, so it’s hard to choose just one destination. I have favorite places I love to return to, but I’m always excited by the opportunity to discover a new country and immerse myself in the culture.
Trish’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and her global perspective bring a unique energy to the MAnext team. Whether she’s coordinating behind the scenes or welcoming clients at the door, Trish ensures every journey is smooth, thoughtful, and elevated.
