What is your role at MAnext, and what does a typical day look like for you?

As Charter Sales Manager at MAnext, day-to-day revolves around maximizing revenue opportunities by selling both within and outside of our fleet to our valued retail and wholesale clients.

What’s one way you go above and beyond for clients?

I go above and beyond by paying close attention to every detail—from the initial booking through to the trip’s completion. Being present and supportive throughout the entire process is essential in our industry and sets the tone for the white-glove service we proudly deliver.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Closing deals! I thrive on the daily challenge and the sense of accomplishment that comes with each successful booking. It fuels my passion and drive to excel.

If you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be?

I would slow down the industry’s rapid shift toward automation. I believe that genuine human interaction plays a vital role in building relationships, fostering loyalty, and delivering a truly memorable client experience.

If you could charter a jet anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
